According to sub-section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, all contributions to the Brinton Association of America are tax-deductible. Bequests are not subject to state or federal estate taxes.
Unrestricted donations are always greatly appreciated, as are donations for the General Operating Budget, which supports the day-to-day activities and expenses of the Association. Additionally, the Brinton Association of America has established the following three funds to support its ongoing financial requirements:
- Director Fund
- Sustains the salary requirement for the Brinton Association of America's Executive Director.
- Endowment Fund
- Generates income for general purposes, including maintenance and improvement of the William Brinton 1704 House and surrounding property.
- Genealogy/History Fund
- Supports research efforts to keep Brinton genealogy records current and to explore the impact of important historical figures. Also will enable better storage and display of historical archives.

Donation Instructions
- Print and fill out the Donation Form.
- Make a check payable to "Brinton Association of America, Inc." for the total sum of donations;
or Provide the credit card information requested on the form, including card number and signature.
